Dominguez Web Builders retains ownership of the website build and hosting while you're on a monthly plan. In exchange, you never deal with technical headaches — we handle everything from hosting to maintenance to security. Your domain name, content, photos, and brand are always yours.

You're month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime with written notice (an email works) — there's no long-term contract. When you cancel, you choose what happens to the site: buy it out and keep it (a one-time buyout equal to 12 months of your plan's monthly rate — a little more if you buy out within your first six months — after which we hand over all the files), or let it go, in which case it stays live through the end of your current paid cycle and then comes offline. Either way, your domain and everything you provided — logo, photos, and content — always stay yours. Setup fees aren't refundable once work has begun.
