Leadership · Player-Coach

Sales Team Lead

1099 · Commission Mission, TX · Hybrid / RGV $60K–$80K first year

Plus recurring income that grows every month your clients stay — your check keeps climbing as your book builds.

This is a player-coach role. You'll still be out closing your own deals — and on top of that, you'll recruit, train, and lead two sales reps. You earn on your own sales and on what your team brings in, every month they stay with us. The better your team does, the bigger your check. This is the role for a closer who's ready to build something bigger than their own book.

What you'll do

  • Keep selling — meet local owners in person across Mission, McAllen, Edinburg, Pharr, Hidalgo & surrounding RGV cities
  • Recruit and onboard two sales reps
  • Coach your reps on the pitch, the product, and closing
  • Keep your team hitting their numbers month after month, and help them land and keep clients
  • Close the deal and hand it off — we take care of all service, setup, and ongoing client work

Who we're looking for

  • Proven closer — you can sell, and you've done it
  • Natural leader who wants to build and coach a team, not just hit their own quota
  • Self-starter motivated by commission and recurring income
  • Reliable transportation and a smartphone
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus in the RGV
  • Comfortable with door-to-door and in-person work — fully remote is possible if you can close and coach over the phone

Compensation — three ways to earn

  • 1Your own sales: $100 per close plus recurring monthly commission on every client you land.
  • 2Team override: a monthly override on everything your two reps bring in — you keep earning as long as their clients stay.
  • 3Team bonus: a monthly bonus when your reps hit their combined target.

Sales Representative

1099 · Commission Mission, TX · Hybrid / RGV $25K–$65K first year

Plus 30% recurring commission that grows every month your clients stay — your check keeps climbing as your book builds.

We're hiring 1099 Sales Representatives to grow our base of local small-business clients across the Rio Grande Valley. We build and host websites for lawn care companies, HVAC outfits, and trades all over the Valley on simple monthly plans — and we need closers who know how to talk to local owners and get them signed up. This is a commission role with real recurring upside: you don't just earn on the close, you keep earning every month your clients stay.

What you'll do

  • Meet local owners in person, door-to-door across Mission, McAllen, Edinburg, Pharr, Hidalgo & surrounding RGV cities
  • Follow up by phone, text, and email to move prospects toward a close
  • Walk owners through our website plans and explain the value in plain terms
  • Close the deal and hand it off — we take care of all the service, setup, and ongoing client work
  • Build and manage your own book of recurring business, and keep simple, accurate records of your leads and closes

Who we're looking for

  • Strong communicator who's comfortable starting conversations with strangers
  • Self-starter motivated by commission who wants income tied to effort
  • Reliable transportation and a smartphone
  • Sales experience is a plus, but hustle matters more
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus in the RGV
  • Comfortable with a hybrid mix of in-person outreach and phone follow-up — fully remote is fine if you can close over the phone

Compensation

  • 1$100 per close, paid when the setup fee clears.
  • 230% recurring commission on the monthly revenue you bring in — you keep earning every month your clients stay.
  • 3The more you build, the bigger your monthly check gets.
