- Quote and intake forms on this site: your name, business name, phone number, email, and details about your business and the website you want.
- Lead forms in our ads on Facebook and Instagram (Meta): your name, phone number, business name, and your answers to the form questions. Meta shares this with us when you submit the form.
- Job applications through our Careers page: your name, contact info, and anything you include in your application.
- Calls, texts, and emails you send us.
Information collected automatically when you browse this site:
- Google Analytics: pages visited, time on site, general location (city level), device and browser type.
- Meta Pixel: your visit and certain actions (like viewing a page or submitting a form), used to measure our ads and show relevant ads on Meta platforms.
- Standard server logs from our hosting provider (IP address, pages requested).
We do not collect or store your payment card numbers. Payments are handled by Stripe, which processes them under its own privacy policy.
02How we use your information
- To respond to your quote request and talk with you about your project.
- To build, host, and maintain your website if you become a client.
- To text and call you about your quote or your service. If you submitted a form, you agreed we may contact you at the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or just tell us and we'll stop.

03Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the business, and only what they need to do their job:
- Hostinger (website hosting)
- Google (Analytics, email through Google Workspace)
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram advertising and lead forms)
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Form delivery services that route your submission to our inbox
We may also disclose information if the law requires it. That's it. We never sell or rent your information to anyone.
04Cookies and your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works.
- Google offers an Analytics opt-out.
- You can control how Meta uses your data for ads in your Facebook ad preferences.
05How long we keep it
Lead and quote information is kept while we're talking and for a reasonable period after, in case you come back. Client records are kept for as long as you're a client and as needed for tax and legal records afterward. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless the law says we have to keep it.
06Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email or text us using the contact info below and we'll take care of it, usually within a few days.
07Children
Our website and services are for business owners and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
08Client websites
We build and host websites for other businesses. Those websites belong to our clients and have their own privacy practices; this policy covers only dominguezwebbuilders.com and our own forms and ads.
